All components of the Vector exhaust system are produced from extremely durable 304 stainless steel. After final assembly all Vector surfaces are treated with a state-of-the-art surface modification system that develops extreme surface hardness, improves corrosion resistance and creates a smooth, slick surface that improves air flow velocity.

Custom designed “Class A” stamping dies are used to produce extremely close tolerances needed for the cones and other components that are used in the assembly process.

Custom designed robotic welding cells are used to insure quality and efficient assembly of the Vector exhaust system.
